I am from Los Angeles and have been living in Tokyo since the 1970's. I began recruiting in 1990, am former director of recruiting and trainer of recruiters at 3 major staffing firms in Tokyo. Prior to recruiting I was an executive at Paramount & Universal Home Video Tokyo office covering seven Asian territories. Earlier, I had a long career in the music industry.

My partner, also from Los Angeles is a former financial securities lawyer and consultant at a famous gaishike firm in Tokyo. He has been recruiting since 2006 and is ranked the #1 overall headhunter in Tokyo. 

We have many positions at Japanese and gaishike consulting and non-consulting firms.

How to Submit Your Resume

Please send your resume in plain Word format. Senior executives at gaishike firms like to read resumes in English so it would be helpful if you sent an English version along with your Japanese resume. We can help you with this, feel free to ask.
